• City of Atlanta
Sidewalk Project
New sidewalk projects on existing residential
streets were classified as local sidewalk improvement
projects. Sidewalk projects that have been requested by
Fulton County residence, with the concurrence of the City
of Fulton County, and which are provided solely for the
safety of children and adults walking to and from.

• City of Atlanta Sidewalk Project, Joyland Project
The Joyland Park project was deemed necessary
for public safety and to promote pedestrian access for
transportation and recreational. Related work such as
curbs, gutters, storm sewers and stormwater structures
were included in the scope of the project as deemed necessary
by the City Engineer. Where new driveway entrances were
needed, one standard driveway entrance was provided for
each property under the program. The cost of such additional
entrances shall be paid to the City in advance of construction.

• City of Atlanta Sidewalk Project, Benjamin E.
Mays Sidewalk
The Project included the removal and replacement
of existing brick and concrete sidewalks with new portland
cement concrete (P.C.C.) sidewalks where shown on the
location maps. Work also includes curb and gutter replacement,
driveway replacement, traffic control, restoration, and
all other work related to the completion of the project.

• Quick Works, Inc. Housing Rehabilitation
The purpose of the housing rehabilitation
was to bring existing owner occupied housing up to at
least the minimum standards established by the Federal
Government and the City of Fulton County. This project
operates from a waiting list of applicants. To be placed
on the waiting list, an applicant must have lived in the
home for a minimum of one year, be at or below 50% of
the median income.
